Tullabeg Book 1 told the story of the foundation of Tullabeg and of its development to the year 1860. That year the Jesuits in Ireland were elevated from Vice-Province status to rank of a full Jesuit Province. Fr Laheen lived in Tullabeg for many years and this present book takes the reader to the year 1914 when the Society of Jesus celebrated the centenary of the universal Restoration of Order throughout the world. The story of what happened in Tullabeg from 1914 until the Jesuits left it in 1991 follows in Book 3.
